At CSES we understand that your personal information and privacy is important to you. We make every effort to ensure that the information you share with us is recorded accurately, retained securely, and used only according to your wishes as you have communicated them to us. CSES respects your personal information and will adhere to legislative requirements with respect to protecting privacy.
Limiting Collection & Retention of Personal Information
CSES is responsible for all Personal Information under its control. CSES will only collect, use, or disclose personal information that is necessary for the Identified Purposes or as required by law. If we require Personal Information for any other purpose, you will be notified of the new purpose and, subject to your consent, that new purpose will become an Identified Purpose. We will retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the Identified Purposes.
Personal information is stored in our database on a secure server and in hard copy files. Only authorized CSES personnel have access to this information. Depending on the sensitivity of the information CSES uses appropriate security measures to protect the information. The measures may include, for example, the physical security of offices, and electronic security measures such as passwords, encryption and personal identification.
Identified Purposes
The information you have provided will be used to develop a membership directory, deliver services and to keep you informed and up-to-date about the activities of CSES. Activities include advising you of meetings, services, special events, open houses, and exhibits.

CSES will maintain your personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the Identified Purposes.

CSES will protect your Personal Information by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Safeguards will vary depending on the sensitivity, location and storage of Personal Information.
