Types of Memberships
Primary Membership (BC – Lower Mainland area)
- $219 per year
- For a corporation or individual located within the Greater Vancouver area
- Membership is on an individual basis
- Membership belongs to the company and is transferable within the company if an employee leaves
Secondary Membership (BC)
- $109 per year
- A company must have one primary membership for an individual.
- An unlimited number of secondary memberships may be purchased if other staff wish to be members of CSES
Not-for-Profit/Registered Charity (BC)
- $164 per year
- For an individual working within a not-for-profit organization or registered charity.
- Must provide charitable number status
Corporate/Individual (BC – Outside Lower Mainland)
- $164 per year
Corporate/Individual/ Not-for-Profit/Registered Charity (all other provinces)
- $100 per year
- For any individual or company in Canada, outside of British Columbia
Student
- $45 per year
- For students who are pursuing a career in the special events industry
- Must be enrolled in an event planning program and have a valid student ID
- Students are not permitted to market a company under a student membership

We always welcome new members into our Society. Please use the appropriate membership form to apply. If you would prefer to fax your membership please use the printable form. It is important to remember that a separate form is required for each individual within a company.
