On January 25 & 26, 2009 Bright Ideas Event Coordinators Ltd designed and installed the “Maple Leaf Innovation Cafe” at the BC Foodservice Expo located at BC Place in Vancouver. With over 250 booths in attendance, we were awarded 1st place for our creative and unique booth display.
The event objective was to weave the theme of new and innovative products with a relaxed 1950’s traditional diner setting. We designed the booth so that guests could actually sit down on a stool at the counter and order a variety of new product samples that Maple Leaf Foods was promoting. Customized table menu cards offered ribs, fries, meatloaf, burgers and hot dogs.
